We build a WhatsApp assistant for your business that answers questions around the clock, books appointments straight into your calendar, and hands you anything it isn't sure about.
That link opens a real conversation with our own assistant. It isn't a mockup — it's the product, answering.
The same four things every appointment business needs, running whether you're awake or not.
Prices, opening hours, policies, parking, what to bring. Answered in seconds, at 2am, from your own words.
A tappable list of your services, your open days, your times. Confirmed appointments land in your Google Calendar.
Complaints, refunds and anything it's unsure of come straight to you — with the whole conversation attached.
Every conversation in one place. Read along, step in whenever you like, and the assistant stands down.
Every question is scored against the answers you gave us. When the match is weak, the assistant tells the customer it's checking with a colleague and flags it to you — rather than guessing at your prices or your policies.
It's also blocked from making up hours, staff names or anything else that isn't written down. If you didn't tell it, it can't say it.
A customer asks something you never covered
"That's a fair question and I'd rather get it right than guess. I've passed it to our team — someone will message you here shortly."
→ A ticket is raised and your phone buzzes.
About two weeks start to finish, and roughly two hours of your time in total.
A call to go through your real questions, your services, prices and hours. You talk, we write it down.
Business account, verification, connecting your number, the technical parts. This is the bit nobody wants to do themselves.
You message it yourself and correct anything that sounds wrong. When you're happy with it, we go live.
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee that covers everything. No lock-in.
More involved builds — several locations, multiple staff calendars, custom integrations — are quoted after a scoping call, usually S$2,500–4,000. WhatsApp's own message charges are billed by Meta directly to you, typically a few dollars a month, and we pass them through at cost.
Message our assistant and ask it anything — prices, setup, how long it takes. Try booking a call, or try tripping it up. Whatever it does to you is what it would do for your customers.
Open WhatsApp →Usually we recommend one, and it keeps your personal WhatsApp personal. You can use an existing business number, but once it's connected it can no longer be used in the WhatsApp app on a phone — you'd reply from the dashboard instead. We'll talk it through before anything changes.
It only answers from what you've given us, and when it isn't confident it says so and passes the conversation to you rather than guessing. It can't invent prices, hours or policies.
Any time. During your opening hours the assistant waits half a minute before answering so you can get there first, and the moment you reply by hand it stands down on that conversation.
It's stored on a server run for your business alone, never pooled with other clients and never used to train anything. Under Singapore's PDPA you remain the data controller and we act as your data intermediary — it's written into the agreement, including deletion on request.
30 days notice. We export your knowledge base and conversation history for you and hand back full control of your WhatsApp Business account and number.
